Tip: Please follow the payment instructions carefully to make sure that we can process your request as soon as possible.

Via Bank deposit or EFT - Secure Standard! Please state which course(s) you need assistance with and your contact number and email address on the fax. You will receive an invoice once we receive your proof of payment. Proof of payment must be faxed to (+27 865 723 661) or e-mailed to (info@bookchatt.com). Our tutors will start preparing solution(s) to your question(s) as soon as confirmation of payment is received or as soon as we have received the confirmation of transaction.

The steps of the payment process are:
• You first submit your list of questions. Don't forget to tell us all the details about the questions, if you want them solved in a specific way and what is your expected turn-around time.
• As soon as we review your request we send you a free quote, the price you have to pay to get your job done, the way you want.
• If you agree with the quoted price that we have sent to you, then you will either have to make direct deposit into our FNB Bank account which can be accessed online (www.fnb.co.za) or you go to the nearest FNB Bank around you to deposit the payment and fax us a proof of payment (+27 865 723 661).
• After you proceed with the payment, we’ll receive an automatic confirmation of your payment from our FNB Bank, but just to double check you can send us an e-mail letting us know that you have paid, and to ask any further question you may have. As you can see, the process is very easy.
